Restaurants & Bars

Minaro’s gastronomy does not follow the structure of a traditional hotel kitchen — it is a consciously built, experience-driven approach. The traditions and ingredients of the Tokaj wine region meet a Central and South American-inspired world, offering a new perspective on familiar flavours.

At the heart of this concept is Tortuga Restaurant. It is not a conventional fine dining space, but a culinary journey where flavours, textures and atmospheres build on one another. The cuisine is fusion-based, experience-driven and distinctive — with each dish rooted in an idea or inspiration.

The concept balances strong local foundations with creative freedom. Classic Hungarian and Tokaj flavours are reinterpreted, often through Latin American influences — familiar, yet unexpected.

Sustainability also plays an important role, with a focus on responsible sourcing and reducing food waste. Plant-based dishes are a significant part of the menu.

The essence of Minaro’s gastronomy goes beyond taste — it is about creating an experience guests remember as a feeling, rooted in Tokaj yet reaching beyond it.
