Viracocha Bar

The Viracocha Bar is one of Minaro’s most distinctive spaces, where the story of the place meets contemporary mixology in a natural way. The symbolism of the Inca creator god is not merely decorative, but an integral part of the space and the experience — a world shaped equally by raw materials and refined details.

This duality is reflected in the drinks. The character of the Tokaj wine region, local ingredients and international premium spirits come together in balance, reinterpreted through modern techniques.

The signature Viracocha cocktail expresses this philosophy in its purest form: the meeting of Tokaj sparkling wine and tequila in a single glass. Two different worlds that do not compete, but complement each other — fresh, elegant and precisely composed.

Alongside the cocktails, a carefully curated selection of wines and premium spirits also plays a defining role, offering both an easy entry point and a deeper level of exploration.

Wines and spirits

Minaro’s drink selection starts from the Tokaj wine region, but clearly does not stop there. The backbone of the wine list is formed by local wines — Furmint, Hárslevelű and Aszú — from renowned producers such as Patricius, Oremus and Zoltán Demeter, ranging from classic styles to more contemporary interpretations.

This is complemented by a carefully curated international selection: Burgundy, Tuscany, Bordeaux and New World regions such as New Zealand, offering a broader perspective on the wine experience.

The spirits selection is equally layered: alongside premium whiskies, cognacs and vodkas, special attention is given to tequila and rum. Labels such as Kah, Patrón and Diplomatico offer a distinct experience in their own right.

Cocktails

The cocktail selection is one of Minaro’s strongest signatures, where classic mixology meets the spirit of the place.

The signature Viracocha cocktail captures this concept perfectly: tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime and Tokaj sparkling wine come together in balance, combining freshness, acidity and light elegance. It is not overpowering, but layered — much like its namesake, both powerful and subtly present.

Alongside it, modern classics are also featured:
– Minaro Negroni (gin, Campari, vermouth)
– Old Fashioned (Monkey Shoulder whisky, angostura)
– Pornstar Martini or Mojito

as well as more playful, character-driven creations such as the Mai Tai or Inka Dream, continuing the South American inspiration.

Non-alcoholic drinks

The non-alcoholic selection is not an afterthought, but an integral part of the experience.

Fresh lemonades — including citrus, strawberry–elderflower or lavender–blueberry variations — offer a light alternative, while premium tonics (Fever-Tree selection), soft drinks and freshly pressed juices provide a wide spectrum of options.

Caffè Vergnano coffees and a curated tea selection complete the offering — simply, yet with intention.
