At the heart of this concept is Tortuga Restaurant. It is not a conventional fine dining space, but a culinary journey where flavours, textures and atmospheres build on one another. The cuisine is fusion-based, experience-driven and distinctive \u2014 with each dish rooted in an idea or inspiration.<\/p>\n

The concept balances strong local foundations with creative freedom. Classic Hungarian and Tokaj flavours are reinterpreted, often through Latin American influences \u2014 familiar, yet unexpected.<\/p>\n

Sustainability also plays an important role, with a focus on responsible sourcing and reducing food waste. Plant-based dishes are a significant part of the menu.<\/p>\n
